2. Ordering and Payment

Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the platform. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

2.3 Promotions and Discounts

Any promotional codes or discounts must be applied at the time of checkout. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are subject to expiration and usage limits.

2.4 Order Confirmation

Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of errors, availability issues, or payment disputes.

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or delivery partner availability.

3.2 Delivery Fees

3.3 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, inability to reach you, or refusal to accept the order, you may be charged for the full order amount and any associated delivery fees.

Delivery is available only within designated areas specified on our platform.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within a limited time window after placing it. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been prepared or dispatched. Cancellation policies will be displayed during the order process.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are available in limited circumstances, such as incorrect, damaged, or missing items. To request a refund, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order with supporting evidence, such as photos. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Food Safety and Quality

We adhere to all applicable food safety and hygiene standards in Thailand. If you have specific dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, you must notify us when placing your order. While we strive to accommodate such requests, cross-contamination is possible. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and mobile app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Easy Health or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

We strive to provide reliable and accurate services, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

o the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or food delivery services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Health, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and any pending orders will be canceled.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Thailand, in accordance with Thai arbitration laws, before being submitted to Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on our website and mobile app. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
